２月１日から２月２８日までシンガポールフェアを麻布店と恵比寿店で開催しております。数ある中のその一品が自家製サンバルチリソースで炒めた少し大振りのアサリです。シンガポールでは定番の酒の肴だ。皆さんプリプリのあさりを是非！私が言うのもなんですが、自家製のサンバルソースがおいしいので不味いはずがない。それとアサリの出汁が加わって、残ったソースはライスにぶっかけたい程のおいしさ。Every February, we change the menu slightly for a month. For those residing in Tokyo, come over and devour sambal la la at our restaurant! The killer chili sambal goreng is homemade (of course) and the la la is locally caught, bigger than usual -very juicy. A simple dish which needs no explanation.
