チャークェイティオウ（炒粿条 通称CKT)は通常チョッと私の感覚からして甘い。しかし、ここは違う。ほんのり甘く、チリソースが前面に出ている。これこそ、私が求めているCKTだ。ラードも容赦なくはいっていて風味が良い。ホンリムコンプレックスのウートラムパークCKTは別格だ。I think my favorite CKT place is Hong Lim Complex Outram Park CKT. I just don't dig on sweet CKT. I love the ones with distinct chilli sauce flavor that is ecapsulatated with aroma of lard. So this place is it. Thank heavens..
